1. Terms of Service

Welcome to RoseyBond. By accessing or using our interactive 3D digital gifting service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service Description

RoseyBond provides personalized digital floral experiences featuring real-time WebGL/3D blooms, audio recordings, wax seals, and digital bond certificates designed to convey emotional messages (love, apologies, friendship, closure, and gratitude).

Acceptable Use & User Conduct

You agree not to use RoseyBond to send messages that are defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, illegal, or violating the privacy of others. RoseyBond reserves the right to delete messages or revoke access if abuse is detected.

Intellectual Property

The 3D assets, procedural shaders, audio elements, interface designs, and branding of RoseyBond are proprietary. Users receive a personal, non-transferable license to access and share their personalized gift links.

2. Privacy Policy

We believe intimate sentiments require absolute respect and privacy by default.

Information We Collect

• Sender & Recipient Information: Names or nicknames entered in the card composer.
• Message & Voice Content: Written notes and voice notes uploaded to accompany your gift.
• Contact Details: Senders' email address for receipt and recipient's email if email delivery is chosen.
• Payment Identifiers: Razorpay order ID and payment reference. We do not store raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs.

Wall of Bonds & Consent Protocol

Gifts only stream to the public Wall of Bonds when explicitly opted-in by the sender. Each person (sender and recipient) individually controls whether their own name is shown publicly. When permission is granted, their full name is shown; when permission is withheld, they appear anonymously as "Someone" or "Someone special". Notes remain sealed as private by default unless specifically consented.

Data Retention & Audio Storage

Audio notes are stored securely on our servers solely to enable playback by the intended recipient. Senders may request permanent erasure of any card or audio file at any time by contacting support.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Because RoseyBond gifts are custom digital goods that are rendered, dispatched, and made accessible instantly upon checkout:

• Delivered Orders: Orders that have generated a functional gift link or certificate are generally non-refundable.
• Technical Errors: If a payment was deducted but server failure prevented the generation of your card link, or if audio rendering failed, we will re-generate your card immediately or process a 100% full refund.
• Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (UPI account, Debit/Credit Card, or NetBanking) within 5 to 7 business days as per banking network standard processing.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All items on RoseyBond are electronic digital goods:

• Instant Link & QR: Your custom 3D card link, Certificate ID, and high-resolution QR code are generated on-screen immediately upon successful payment verification.
• WhatsApp Dispatch: Senders can tap the WhatsApp dispatch button to send the encrypted bloom link directly to their recipient.
• Email Dispatch: If email delivery was selected, an automated notification is delivered to the recipient's inbox within 5 minutes of order completion.
• Delivery Fee: Delivery across all electronic channels is included at no additional charge.
